To ensure the longevity of your device and the quality of your recordings, please follow these manufacturer guidelines:

1. Power Supply: Always use the original car charger provided. Using a standard USB data cable from a different source may result in insufficient voltage, causing boot loops or internal damage.

2. Memory Card Formatting: For optimal performance, always format the MicroSD card directly within the DVR menu rather than on a computer. This ensures the file system is perfectly matched to the camera's recording requirements.

3. 24V Vehicles: This unit is natively compatible with 12V power systems. If installing in a large truck or commercial vehicle with a 24V system, you must use a 24V-to-12V converter kit to prevent damage to the motherboard.
