5. SHIPPING & RISK

5.1 Title and risk of goods transfer to you upon dispatch.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

6. RETURNS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES

6.1 Our goods are supplied in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6.2 You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The item is faulty or not as described.

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.

6.3 All claims must be submitted within 2 calendar days of receiving your order and must include supporting photographic evidence.
