Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Snagg It Group Pty Ltd (ABN 647 470 501 21) (“Snagg It”, “we”, “our” or “us”) delivers products purchased via our online store, www.snaggit.com.au (“Site”). By placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

1.1 All orders are subject to verification, payment authorization, and product availability.

1.2 Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

1.3 Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking details where available.


2. Shipping Rates & Eligibility

2.1 Standard Shipping Charges
A flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout for all orders under $75 AUD.

2.2 Free Standard Shipping
Orders with a cart total of $75 AUD or more (after discounts and before shipping) qualify for free standard delivery Australia-wide.

2.3 Snagg It Club Members
Customers enrolled in the Snagg It Club are entitled to free standard shipping on all orders, irrespective of order value.

2.4 Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly itemised during the checkout process and on your order confirmation.


3. Delivery Timeframes

3.1 We partner with reputable national couriers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery windows are:

  • Metropolitan Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

3.2 Delivery timeframes are indicative only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather events.

3.3 Snagg It is not liable for delays once goods have been transferred to the carrier.


4. Title, Risk & Delivery Responsibility

4.1 Title to and risk in the goods pass to the customer at the point of dispatch from our facility.

4.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and complete shipping information is provided at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address details.


5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1 Snagg It currently ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

5.2 We do not offer express, same-day, or scheduled delivery services. All orders are fulfilled via standard delivery only.


6. Tracking & Support

6.1 Tracking details are provided upon dispatch. Customers may track their shipment via the link or courier website provided.

6.2 If tracking information is not received within 4 business days of order confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance.
