My Orders - FAQ

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@snaggit.com.au.

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, there may be slight delays, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 AUD. Orders below this threshold will include a flat shipping rate, which is clearly shown at checkout. Snagg It Club members enjoy free delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

At this stage, we offer standard delivery only to maintain consistent service and pricing across Australia. We’ll notify customers if express options become available in the future.

Start by checking your tracking link. If it appears stalled or there’s no update for several days, reach out to us at support@snaggit.com.au with your order number. Our team will promptly investigate and help resolve the issue.

We understand mistakes can happen, however, due to our quick processing times, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please review your details carefully before placing your order.

We’re sorry to hear that. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Due to health, hygiene, and operational reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We encourage you to review all product details and specifications carefully before placing your order to ensure it’s the right fit for your needs.

No, you can shop and check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes future purchases easier, gives you access to your order history, and unlocks member-exclusive perks like early access to sales and faster checkout.

The Snagg It Club is our exclusive loyalty program offering free delivery on all orders, early access to new arrivals, and special member-only offers. You’ll be invited to join after your first purchase or can sign up anytime through your account dashboard or the Snagg It Club page on our site.

Shipping & Delivery - FAQ

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery times range between 3–10 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Regional or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Please note that during peak seasons or public holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended.

We offer **flat-rate shipping** on all orders under $75. Orders over $75 receive **free standard shipping Australia-wide**. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your total order value and delivery address.

At this stage, we do not offer express shipping. We aim to keep delivery affordable and accessible by offering standard shipping with full tracking across Australia. We are exploring faster delivery options in the future based on customer demand.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This typically occurs within 1–3 business days of your purchase. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the courier’s system.

Yes, all orders include tracking. Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email that allows you to follow your delivery status in real time. If you don’t receive this, or have trouble accessing tracking updates, contact our team at support@snaggit.com.au.

Currently, we only deliver within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We’re working toward expanding our reach, so please subscribe to our newsletter for updates about future delivery regions.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please email support@snaggit.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the delivery destination.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location, if available, or leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available during business hours, or using parcel lockers when offered by the courier service.

First, check around your premises and confirm with neighbours or building managers. Parcels are sometimes left in hidden or safe locations. If you still can’t locate your order, contact us at support@snaggit.com.au within 2 calendar days of the marked delivery. We will liaise with the courier to help resolve the issue promptly.
